Some stuff from an internal movie for ikea.
backgrounds were painted by the talented Nicolas Loudot, though i did do the layout at least ;)

i made some sequences for an animated documentary series about young people suffering from psychosis back in late 2015.
In the end i think i made around 5 or 6 minutes of animation in 4 months, so i was pretty tired by the end of it.
it was a good lesson in how to stop worrying about getting things perfect and just getting things done REALLY FAST.

The problem with posting stuff you are working on, is that you often have to wait several months before you can actually show it online, and by then you have already kind of moved on and forgotten it.

guess i should start posting again!
 

made a quick gif for a friends birthday.
only had an hour, so lots of dirty mistakes ;)

Some scenes are just self-explanatory, even without context.
This might not be one of those scenes.

Made a quick 30 second sequence about carrots for a tv program about food waste.

I only had two days, so i had to work like crazy to get the animatic approved and the animation done in time.

Churning out animation like this is really fun, since you just go with the flow, though obviously also quite stressful, as everything has to be “perfect” on the first try.
No time to polish, or fix mistakes.
